This set can be added to your RW Total Body Bar Starter or RW Total Body Bar Ultimate allowing you to increase or decrease the resistance range used for each exercise.
The bands are produced with 100% latex for high elasticity and thick tubes so bands will not dry out, snap, or deform. The bands are covered in webbed material to prevent the tube from breaking and causing injury and also allowing you to comfortably use the bands without pinching the skin. You can now build your best body, while protecting your joints and staying safe from injury.
