The Total Body Bar uses resistance bands made from the most durable materials. Other resistance band training devices use uncovered resistance bands, leaving you at risk of injury if the bands snap. The Total Body Bar protects you from injury by using resistance bands made with protective sleeves. Now you can use resistance bands, the most body friendly form of resistance, without worrying about broken bands causing injury.

The difference is in the level of resistance:

Starter – 10 lbs >>> 20 lbs

PRO – 20 lbs >>> 35 lbs

Ultimate – 40 lbs >>> 60 lbs

For additional resistance, you can purchase either the light, medium, or heavy packages of resistance bands and double up the bands on the end of the RW Total Body Bar.

Once your order is placed, it will ship the next business day. We use UPS and FedEx for shipping, and they estimate that successful delivery is usually completed within five to seven business days. A tracking number is emailed to you so that you will be able to monitor the progress of the package prior to its arrival.

It will be shipped from the fulfillment center in the United States that is closest to your delivery location.

We accept returns of unused and undamaged products only. You may return unused or defective merchandise within a 30-day period from the receipt of shipment, and the full purchase price will be refunded to you upon the receipt and inspection of your returned products.
