Total Body Bar Heavy Resistance Band Set

The RW Total Body Bar Heavy Resistance Set is perfect for the fitness veteran looking to achieve the goal of building and defining their body and is designed for those who want to get lean, get strong, and build muscle.

The set includes:

  • 4 Medium Contraction Resistance Bands (Red)
  • 1 Heavy Short Cloth Webbing Covered Resistance Band
  • 1 Heavy Long Cloth Webbing Covered Resistance Band

Resistance weight is 40 lbs. >>> 60 lbs.

The bands are produced with 100% latex for high elasticity and thick tubes so bands will not dry out, snap, or deform. The bands are covered in webbed material to prevent the tube from breaking and causing injury and also allowing you to comfortably use the bands without pinching the skin.  You can now build your best body, while protecting your joints and staying safe from injury.

This is a great piece of equipment. If you’re looking for a portable way to workout that covers all of the bases, this is it. If the exercises are done correctly with good form you can get a great workout and have fun while you’re doing it.
