The Iron Resistance Bands are interchangeable heavy duty resistance bands created for the advanced Iron Chest Master® user to take shaping, sculpting, and defining the upper body to the next level. As you become stronger, remove 1 to 3 of the red starter bands from each side of your Iron Chest Master® and replace with the Iron Bands to provide the perfect amount of resistance as you progress. Each Iron Band is 20 lbs. of resistance, 60 lbs. per side, 120 lbs. total.

Work great

The machine is great and bands work very well. I do wish the bands worked more than 10months before seeing major cracking and the need to start looking into replacements.

Bands

I only put one of the bands on so far. I had a bad shoulder and lifting weights did not work but this machine has helped. I could only do like 30 push ups at first but now I can do 12 sets of 10. Tired of man boobs and I am determined to be able to take my shirt off at the beach....one of the handles broke and they sent me a new that is when I saw how easy it was to change positions and add heavier bands ..I will move up to another one in a week or so....I like this machine but you have to be consistent!
