Iron Chest Master Chest Strap
The Chest Strap adds 60 lbs. of resistance to the push up portion of the Iron Chest Master® exercise taking the sculpting and building of your chest, shoulders, and triceps to the next level.
Place your left hand in the glove at one end of the band, wrap the resistance band behind your back and under your arms, place your right hand in the glove at the other end of the band. Perform the Iron Chest Master exercise as demonstrated in the On-Line Training Course.
