RW TOTAL BODY BAR — 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
RW Total Body Bar systems purchased directly from RonWilliamsChampion.com may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
You may open, assemble, and reasonably try the RW Total Body Bar during this 30-day period. To qualify for a refund, the complete system must be returned, including all bar components, resistors, bands, accessories, and included materials.
Returned products must be free from abuse, alteration, excessive wear, or damage unrelated to a product defect. Refunds may be reduced or denied when components are missing or the product has been misused or damaged.
Before returning your RW Total Body Bar, contact support@RonWilliamsChampion.com with your name and order number to receive return instructions.
SUPPLEMENTS
Supplements purchased directly from RonWilliamsChampion.com may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery only when they are unopened, unused, and have the original factory seal intact.
Opened supplements are not eligible for return unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect supplement, please contact us before using or discarding the product so we can provide appropriate instructions.
RETURN SHIPPING AND REFUNDS
Customers are responsible for return shipping when returning a RW Total Body Bar because of preference or a change of mind. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before shipping it back.
Original or expedited shipping charges paid by the customer are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from an error on our part.
Returned products should be packaged securely, preferably in their original packaging. After an eligible return has been received and inspected, the approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
PURCHASES FROM OTHER RETAILERS
This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from RonWilliamsChampion.com. Products purchased through Amazon or another third-party retailer must be returned through that retailer according to its return policy.
