Great product, gives that extra nudge.

This press system seems simple, and on the adverts, it shows someone doing push-ups on the knees....but what I will say is that if you use this correctly for superset, or even just building your core strength as a beginner? My personal option is that it's a slim profile tool to have in your workout arsenal that WILL FOR SURE level up your quick workouts.
The stabilizer muscles worked are very appealing in a short rep set, and it really helps me see where my "tank" is at as far as simple core training, as well as making out the secondary muscle groups when pushups are needed (serratus anterior, lower back) and depending on the form, you can still target triceps, OR chest/biceps.(by pitch of the elbows)
I mention this because working on drilling rigs, I have over exerted the rotator cuff and have had issues with my scapula area...multiple tears/injuries over the past decade.

More fun than I expected, and then a perk is that I can teach my young boys about muscle activation when I show the tool to them.
