During this first 21 days, I am going to take you by the hand and help navigate you through the peaks and valleys of this journey, which will help to ensure your success. This first 21 days have been specifically designed to jump start your desired health, fitness, and fat loss goals.  It’s very important to keep in mind the following 6 key points:

  1. Follow the Program as it was designed
  2. Mindset is an essential building-block to reaching and maintaining your goals
  3. Delayed gratification is an innate characteristic, which helps you to succeed. If you don’t have this characteristic, it can be developed. What delayed gratification teaches you is  “Don’t sacrifice what you want most, for what you want right now.” 
  4. Make sure your home is your castle. Castle represents a safe secure place where the enemies are on the outside. 
  5. The 21-Day Jump Start will help you to cleanse and detox your body and heal your metabolism, so that you can shed body fat, and build lean muscle to help you live a Champion Life!
  6. It is essential to Measure Your Progress, this includes body measurements, before and after photos and your weight.
