I refer to this training as the 30 – 30 – 30. It targets chest, shoulders, triceps, and abs using the Iron Chest Master and Chest Strap (this workout can be done with or without the Chest Strap.) This 18-Minute workout is my go to when I have limited time or when I’m traveling. Missing workouts is not an option!
