Champion Nutrition Signals

9 Champion Signals for Success

RULE #1 — Eat Every Meal in Proper Combination, which includes a protein, essential fatty acid, carbohydrate, and fiber.

RULE #2 — Eat the Proper Carbohydrates at the right time of day. Starchy carbohydrates should not be eaten during the last two meals. Fibrous carbohydrates can be eaten at any meal, but for the last two meals they are the only carbohydrates allowed.

RULE #3 — Fiber is a carbohydrate and an essential part of the 21-Day Jump Start. Fiber can be derived from food sources, such as pecans, avocado, broccoli, cabbage, grains, etc. or you can add an organic fiber supplement.

RULE #4 — Never Allow Yourself to Be Hungry.

RULE #5 — Eat 4-6 Small Meals per Day. It is very important that once you choose the number of meals that best suits you to stick with that number for the duration of the Program.

RULE #6 — Drink a minimum of 64 oz. of distilled water fortified with approximately 20-40 drops of Ron Williams Liquid Mineral Drops every day. The minerals are essential to a healthy nutrition plan. Add an additional 6-8 oz of water for every 15 minutes of vigorous exercise.  Ron Williams Liquid Mineral Drops are available on the SHOP tab of this website.

RULE #7 — Eat a Minimum of 3 Servings Daily of Cruciferous and Sulfuric Vegetables. Sulfuric foods are foods that are high in digestive sulfur. Sulfur helps to detoxify and cleanse the fat cells from toxins that cause our bodies to become fat loss resistant. Some of these foods are very common in our everyday diet, such as, grapefruit, 100% grapefruit juice, garlic, onions, cabbage, radishes, and leeks. Cruciferous vegetables if eaten slightly steamed aid in decreasing the negative effects of estrogen. Common cruciferous vegetables are broccoli, cauliflower, greens, cabbage, and turnips.

RULE #8 — Avoid MSG and MSG Derivatives – see the list of MSG names and derivatives on the Foods to Avoid List under the Nutrition Plan Section on the left navigation bar.

RULE #9 – Never Eat Artificial Sweeteners.
